These unique whale earrings have been hand carved by Haida artist Amy Edgars. The hangs represent the dorsal fin of a whale and have been carved from argillite which is a stone that has been traditionally carved by the Haida peoples since the early 19th century.
The earrings measure 2.3" (6 cm) x 0.8" (2 cm) including the hooks.
