Refund policy

Online Purchases
We will gladly provide an exchange or store credit for online purchases. Artina’s Jewellery does not issue full refunds for any merchandise. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in order to qualify for an exchange or credit.

Only full-price items may be returned for an exchange. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition and in the original packaging. Upon receipt of any merchandise, Artina’s Jewellery has the right to deny returns of any items that do not meet our exchange policy standards. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanged items and Sale items are final sales.

Out of country – Exchanges
Please see our policy written above. If you are exchanging something from overseas, please contact us for proper shipping directions.

All US returns must be shipped tracked, via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and marked “Returned Goods, Canadian Art”. Any returns shipped via other services or not marked properly may incur brokerage and/or duty fees, which are the responsibility of the sender and will be deducted from your exchange or store credit. We are not responsible for damaged or lost returns. For more information please contact us.
