This silver and gold heart pendant is made from sterling silver, 18K gold and green lab grown gemstone. The pendant is heart shaped and has a small cutout with a green gemstone in it. There are carvings on the surface of the pendant that depict the Hummingbird and its head is made from 14K gold.
