This Hummingbird Bracelet is hand-carved by Kwakwaka'wakw artist Cristiano Bruno. He has used sterling silver to create this piece.
He has dedicated this bracelet to Orange Shirt Day to honour residential school survivors, their families, and their communities and to commemorate those who did not return home.
The oval shape in the center of the bracelet depicts an egg, representing new life and new beginnings. The hummingbirds are nurturing and protecting the egg.
The bracelet measures 6.18" x 1.0" with a 1.0" gap.
This bracelet will comfortably fit a 6.25"-6.4" wrist and smaller wrists for a looser fit.
