This octopus pendant has been hand carved by Haida artist Amy Edgars. She has used argillite stone and abalone shell to create this long, chunky pendant. Argillite carving has been practiced by the Haida peoples since the early 19th century.
The pendant measures 2.5" (6.4 cm) x 1.4" (3.5 cm).
The chain is not included.
