Vacation-Worthy Jewellery Lookbook

Vacation-Worthy Jewellery Lookbook

Holiday looks are meant to be easy, breezy, and sophisticated. Your resort-worthy looks should make you feel like you’re one with the tropical paradise; chiffon caftans, canvas trousers, rattan bags, gladiator sandals, and over-the-top sunglasses are a must. You may not wear these looks every day, but dressing up in vacation looks can really make you feel like you’re a completely different person during your vacay.

We have a few designers who really take summer holiday jewellery to the next level. Many of these artists love adding natural elements like sea glass, corals, and other ocean crustaceans. Pair any of these items with a number of different vacation looks and carry a small piece of the paradise island even after you finish your stay. This lookbook is inspired by the ocean, earthy tones, and natural materials like sea glass.

Keeping aFloat

Kim Naylor’s Keeping aFloat collection is quintessential West Coast island getaway vibes. They don’t call BC’s surrounding islands “Canada’s Hawaii” for nothing. Keeping aFloat includes natural elements from our West Coast beaches such as sea glass and abalone shells.

Brett Borrie

For those of us who are a little more understated, Brett Borrie’s collection of starfish and sand dollar jewellery is heavily inspired by natural elements from the ocean. Rather than using or recreating those elements, they’re instead elegantly carved into sterling silver. If your style is very clean and toned down, this kind of vacation jewellery is suited for you.
