Johanne Ratte has mastered the art of colour. Her unique creative expression is translated into wearable contemporary Jewellery that has a distinctive flare. Johanne has a degree in Fine Arts and she has over 16 years of experience teaching fashion design. Her love of painting, art, colour, textiles and nature have been major influences in her collections. Her round earrings are inspired by First Nations embroidered rosettes. Johanne has a Metis background and she pulls from this to create her styles. She makes her earrings with brass, acrylic paint, inks, and soy-based eco-friendly epoxy.
