You can purchase your items online and pick them up at an Artina’s Jewellery store near you (option is available by choosing Canada as the country being shipped to and selecting Local Pickup), or have them delivered directly to your door.
The following table lists the shipping methods and rates that are currently available when making a purchase from the Artina’s web site, unless specified otherwise. The delivery time is an estimate and may change depending on the order.
Select products may include a processing time. The processing time is the length of time between when an item is ordered online and before the order begins its journey to your doorstep.

We will gladly provide an exchange or store credit for on-line purchases. Artina’s Jewellery does not issue full refunds for any merchandise. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in order to qualify for an exchange or credit.
Only full price items may be returned for a exchange. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition and in the original packaging. Upon receipt of any merchandise, Artina’s Jewellery has the right to deny returns of any items that do not meet our exchange policy standards. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanged items are final sale.

All US returns must be shipped tracked, via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and marked “Returned Goods, Canadian Art”. Any returns shipped via other services or not marked properly may incur brokerage and/or duty fees, which are the responsibility of the sender and will be deducted from your exchange or store credit.
