The process of placing an order at Artina’ is quite simple. Just find the piece(s) you would like to buy and click on “add to cart”. When you have completed your choice, proceed to checkout where you will be prompted to supply shipping and payment information.

Will Artina’s ship internationally?

Yes! We are happy to ship internationally. The method by which we ship may vary depending on the country.

My purchase is a gift. Can I have it gift-wrapped?

We, at Artina’s, are pleased to offer complimentary gift wrapping. Just check the appropriate box at the time of checkout. Should you wish that a note accompany your order, please write your sentiments in the comments section.

What is your return policy?

As per our store policy, we will gladly provide an exchange or store credit for the online purchases. Artina’s Jewellery does not issue full refunds for any merchandise. How should I clean my sterling silver jewellery?

Silver Cleaning Caution:

Items with soft or porous materials or stones (such as wood, amber, turquoise, ammolite, pearls, etc.) should not be immersed in any liquid. They can instead be cleaned by wiping with a soft cloth or chamois.

Shine your sterling silver pieces even more with a silver polishing cloth (like the Sunshine Polishing Cloths at Artina’s) after cleaning. Storing your jewellery in an airtight bag or box will help to prevent tarnishing.

Can I have jewellery custom made?

When I order online, will my parcel include any information about the items I purchase?

Yes, all of the jewellery sold by Artina’s arrives with a biography of the artist who created it. Pieces by indigenous artists are also accompanied by a legend card.
